I gave my classmates an introduction to my concept, and then asked them to take “leaves” (aka skills/likes/interests/dislikes) and add them to the right branch (which evolved from a root) — the associations i made were as follows:

i am an analytic person

i overthink

I am quick on my feet when it comes to problem solving

I pay attention to details

I find importance in nuance

I reflect upon history

I am a perfectionist

I attach philosophy to mundane things

I grew up in a forested area

I am interested in bio-based materials

I am fascinated with natural fibres and textures

I often take nature walks

I collect things on my walks

I can recognise plant types

I like to take pictures of surfaces

I find biodiversity and ecological balance important

I am an environmentalist

I have heightened senses due to my autism

I have trouble processing sounds

I have trouble seeing on sunny days

I have an interest in influencing the human senses

I can’t wear socks or shoes for long periods of time

I get overstimulated from people

I like sitting in silence

I am a curious and imaginative person

I make up stories in my mind

I constantly work out different scenario’s

I like making works that involve interactivity

I like watching others interpret things differently

I like telling stories

I find it important that my works evoke curiosity

For exmaple, the leaf “I attach philosophies to mundane things” was originally kept in mind for
